TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF TANKER SEMI TRAILER

Tank: Tank is manufactured with capacity of customer need. There are manholes for each 2 compartment. Tank body metal steel and intermediate sections are manufactured of 4 mm ST37 steel.

At the top of the tank there is a overflowed pool. And drainage valve will provide the discharge.

- There is a walking platform mounted onto the tank.

- There are required water brakes inside of the tank.

- To access to top of the tank there is a ladder placed at the backside of the tank.

Chassis: The chassis is produced with 5 mm ST 52 A1 quality sheet and 120x12 I beam steel by “gas applied welding method”.

Axle: Axles are Osman KOC brand axles each have 12 ton loading capacity. 3 Axles with air suspension (optional steel suspension)

Tires: Tires are 385 65 R 22.5 Bridgestone brand,

Brake System: Double line WABCO air brake system with ABS

Landing Leg:24 Ton loading capacity landing leg. Double speed, telescopic landing leg.

King-Pin: 2”King pin in accordance to DIN Standard. And place for 3½” king Pin.

Electric System: Electric system is 24 volt acc to ADR regulations. Electrical Equipment / Lighting Electrical Socket complying with the European Community 76/756 EWG regulations, in conformity with ISO 12098, having 15 poles or 2x7 poles connected to the vehicle’s front air panel. (Excluding the connection cable)

At the rear side, plate lighting, multi sectioned stop lights with triangular reflector integration, rear limit lights, side limit lights, front limit lights.

Loading & Unload: It is fitted with top loading system and gravity discharge. There is emergency valve on the manhole. Bottom valve will be pneumatically operated.

Paint: Trailer clean before painting and repair with paste for smooth face. Then prime paint and double last paint regarding customer request in Paint Oven.

Accessories

- One-sided bicycle guard in conformity with EG/RL 89/297 EWG norms.

- Spare wheel carrier with winch for 1 spare wheel.

- integrated mudguards made of hard plastic.
